Parche respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through joinparche.com, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

1. Information we collect

Currently, the landing page only collects the email address you voluntarily provide when joining the Parche waitlist.

We may also receive basic technical information automatically required to serve the website, such as IP address, browser information and request metadata through our hosting infrastructure.

We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on joinparche.com.

2. How we use your information

We use your email address only to:

• manage the Parche waitlist;
• communicate about Parche availability, launch and early access;
• respond to relevant requests you send us.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

3. Legal basis

When you voluntarily join the waitlist, we process your email address to provide the launch and early-access updates you requested. Where required by applicable law, this processing is also based on your consent.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate joinparche.com:

• Supabase, which provides database infrastructure used to store waitlist signups;
• Cloudflare, which provides website hosting, delivery and security infrastructure.

These providers may process limited information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.

5. Data retention

Waitlist information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the waitlist, provide launch and early-access communications, meet applicable legal obligations, or until you request deletion where applicable.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.

7. International processing

Parche and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required by law, applicable safeguards will be used for such processing.

8. Children

The landing page and waitlist are not intended for children under 13, and Parche does not knowingly collect waitlist information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
